Do I need to be present when the work is done?No, you do not need to be at the property for any exterior work. For any interior work, we will just need someone to give us access or provide access information for the home or business. We will contact you during the job if we have any questions.

Can I request a specific time?We will do our best to accommodate for specific times, but it depends on our schedule. We will provide your arrival window through a series of confirmations.

Can I request additional services during my initial appointment?We may be able to accommodate additional services, depending on the size and scope of the work. Our technicians can answer any questions, provide information or estimates, and often perform the work on the same day. For services that cannot be completed that day, our office will offer available dates for scheduling.

Do I need an appointment for my service assessment?Yes, an appointment is necessary. For interior services, we will need access to the inside of your home to provide the most accurate pricing. If requested, we can email you the complete estimate.

Do you move furniture in preparation for performing your services?Depends, we usually expect any furniture and appliances to be moved to the side before the scheduled time of service. However, if you are unable to get to it, we can make accommodations based on the service being provided.

What happens if it rains on the day of my service?Depending on the severity of the rain, most services can still be performed. If our technicians determine that the weather conditions require rescheduling, you will be notified. The safety of our employees and your property is our top priority.

However, if we cannot access your property or encounter an issue that prevents us from proceeding with the work and cannot reach you by phone, cancellation charges may apply.

Can I get an invoice or will I have to pay at the time of service?Credit card information is collected and stored when you schedule services to reserve your spot. Payment is due upon completion of the job and can be charged to the credit card on file or may be paid with a check or cash.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
